I’ve been using Leslie Sansone’s walking DVDs for quite a while now. And I just love them. They’re fun, easy to do, and great for exercise. This isn’t any ordinary walk!

I’ve used this DVD in the past and it was awesome. The 4-mile walk is a wonderful workout, but there is also a 2 and 3 mile workout on the tape if you can’t do the whole 4 miles or have a busy day where you don’t have the time.
