Even if you’re not going to loud concerts like you did when you were younger, you could still be exposed to sounds loud enough to hurt your ears. Do you know how loud is too loud?
The answer to Monday’s health quiz: How much sun exposure do you need to get enough vitamin D? According to the National Institutes of Health, most adults can get sufficient Vitamin D from 5-30 minutes of sun exposure on the hands, feet, and body twice a week. That’s a total of 10-60 minutes per week. Just over half of our readers answered correctly, and most though you should get even less sun exposure. Glad you’re keeping your sunscreen on, just make sure to get enough vitamin D!
