Answer to Our Last Question: Which nuts are healthiest? We asked which nuts – walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts, or peanuts – have the most fat per 1-ounce serving. Though they’re packed with Omega-3s and healthy fats, walnuts are the culprit. They’ve got 18 grams of fat per 1-ounce serving, while almonds and peanuts have the least fat at 14 grams per ounce. Though all of these make for a healthy snack, just remember that you’re still chowing on a dense, high-fat food: Eat in moderation.
