Today’s Question: Mmmn. You know what sounds good on a hot summer night? Sushi. If you go out for sushi this weekend, do you know what’s healthiest to sip with it? Everyone needs a drink now and then, but why bust your otherwise healthy meal with a calorie-heavy beverage? Which of the following drinks has the fewest calories: 14 ounces of sake, a 12-ounce bottle of Sapporo beer, or a glass (four ounces) of Riesling?
Answer to Yesterday’s Question: Rashes can just be a sign of irritation or allergy, but sometimes they can mean something more serious is going on. If you have a rash that spreads across your cheeks and nose, called a “butterfly” rash, what could it be a symptom of? Sometimes, lupus can manifest itself in this type of rash, but it could also just be rosacea or dermatitis. If you see this type of rash developing, head to the doctor to find out what’s up.
(Note: We realize it’s a little gross to talk about rashes and sushi on the same page, but whatever. It’s Friday.)
