Last week we showed you some supposedly “healthy” iced teas and fruity summer drinks from a few of the top fast-food chains. Turns out they’re overloaded with sugar and calories. But what about cool summertime faves like the Slurpee and the Frosty? Nutrition-wise, they’re either downright fattening (hello, sugar and carbs!), or (surprisingly) not as bad as you’d think (130 calories? Nice work, Slush Puppy). Take a look, and then – maybe – a drink. Of course, you’ll have drunk a week’s worth of sugar, so you may want to reschedule that dentist appointment.
