The hardest part of working out is actually making yourself go to the gym, head out for a run, or put the exercise DVD in the player and hit play. Once you’re actually doing the exercise, it’s no big deal. But the dread that you feel when you know you have to get off the couch and to the gym — that is the hardest thing.
