So, okay. She did lot of things. But we thought it was interesting that a former professional athlete used an at-home DVD system rather than hiring a personal trainer. (Plus, who doesn’t love P90x transformation videos?) Have any other moms gotten back in shape with P90X or other at-home work out DVDs?
