As you know, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It’s the time to energize for next 12 hours. And what better way to do so than by ingesting an entire day’s worth (and more!) of calories and fat? Eating three types of meat before noon is a surefire way to make sure that you remain light on your feet and full of youthful vim and vigor. Lucky for you, these ten breakfast dishes are all readily available across the United States. Oatmeal, schmoatmeal. That’s for pansies — unless it’s slathered with gravy and bacon bits.

    Recent studies reveal carbs and cholesteral, not fat, cause heart disease. High fat, low carb and 1 gram of protein per pound of your weight is considered the NEW healthy diet.
