Today’s Question: DHEA is made in your adrenal glands and keeps our hearts and brains strong. It also might protect against breast cancer and osteoporosis. The bad news? Your natural production of DHEA declines as you get older. What foods can help improve your DHEA levels? Choose all that apply.
Answer to Yesterday’s Question: If you feel a bump in your lady parts, don’t freak out and automatically assume that you have genital herpes. 67% percent of you answered yesterday’s question correctly — that bump could be a sebaceous cyst. It’s just a bump filled with keratin, which is a nasty-smelly protein. A herpes blister would be more like an open sore that would eventually become crusty, rather than just a little bump. You can find these cysts most places on your body, including your vagina. If you think you have one, keep an eye on it. It will probably go away on it’s own, but if it keeps getting bigger you might want to head to the doctor.
