And so, we’ve come to the end of my Activia 14-Day Challenge. Did it work? Do I feel different? Did it change my life? Will I eat an Activia yogurt every day for the rest of my life?
Truth be told, I’ve never really been a yogurt person. I only eat it occasionally – and when I do, it’s the plain, nonfat variety. (My yogurt-obsessed husband simply cannot understand my dairy non-obsession.) Well, after two weeks, I certainly feel like things in my digestive department are in good working order, and I have to give Activia some of the credit for that.
For someone like me, who frequently skips breakfast (bad wellness website editor!), Activia yogurt is a nice, simple food to eat upon waking, and ensure that I get something healthful into my stomach first thing in the morning. (Of course, you can eat Activia during the afternoon or evening, but I like it for breakfast.)
The one problem I had with taking the Activia 14-Day Challenge? Each morning, I had to arm wrestle my husband for every single peach, vanilla, strawberry, or mixed berry Activia yogurt cup out of my two-week supply in the fridge. And, unlike Activia, that is not an easy way to start the day.
