We’re all supposed to drink a fair amount of water everyday — and we try to. Fitsugar clued us into a good trick to increase the health benefits of your daily H2O intake. If we use a small glass or bottle to drink our water, we’ll be up and moving a lot more than if we fill up our 32-ounce stainless steel water bottle. The water you drink will be colder and more refreshing, and you won’t be sitting at your desk for too long without a little break to head to the water cooler.
