We’re not super-human. We generally eat nutritiously, but we’ve definitely got a junk food vice or two. Especially when Halloween comes around, and all of our favorite candies are literally being shoved in our faces 24/7. Our friends at FitSugar posted a really helpful chart of the fat, calories, and sugar content in our favorite mini indulgences.
Topping the chart for calorie content is a fun-size Take 5, with 105 calories. For fat, it’s a tie between Reese’s Nutrageous and Take 5 (both with 5.5 grams). Whoppers take the cake for most sugar, at 13 grams. So, while you shouldn’t forget about calories adding up when you’re popping these bite-size desserts on October 31 (and during the following days), we don’t want to take all the fun out of Halloween. And trust us, we enjoyed prepping for the upcoming holiday by testing out a Reese’s Pumpkin last night. So, dish: What’s your favorite bad-for-you Halloween candy?
