Vegetarian Thanksgiving, Minus the Tofurkey: 10 Meat-Free Entrees That Don’t Pretend to Be Animals

It’s easy to think of vegetarian side dishes, but when it comes to Thanksgiving mains? Too many meat-less entrees involve Tofurkey. But we have a gentle suggestion for anyone hosting vegetarian guests this Turkey Day: Processed, packaged food that’s fashioned after an animal and given a prefix of “tof” does not a happy guest make.
