Thanksgiving doesn’t have to be the only day of the year that we express gratitude. We can (and should) do it throughout November–and the entire year, really. We already know that yoga is a wonderful way to become grateful for our bodies by focusing on what they can do–not what they can’t do or how they look (something we prefer to focus on here at Blisstree). Yoga can also help us get in touch with our innermost selves and recognize all the good we have in our lives and what we are truly thankful for. Certain poses, in particular, are an invitation to do just that. Take a look and then think about everything you are grateful for this month next time you hit the mat. Namaste!
