      Correleation is not cause and effect. Those Asian centenarians are likely also eating soy, fish, and a lot less meat. Their long sex lives may be caused by diets which also cause long life.

      Now I know I’m going to hear the claim that soy raises estrogen levels and causes breast cancer. That might be true in North America, where many soy consumers also eat ridiculous amounts of meat and dairy. Until I see a study on soy-loving vegans, vegetarians and semi-vegetarians getting more breast cancer, that scare is just media hype to me.
