If you’ve already decided to kick your bad gym habits this year, three cheers for you! But even when you’re not, say, painting your nails and talking on the phone while leisurely spinning on a stationary bike, you may be committing tiny fitness infractions that, while they won’t bother anyone else, might be making your workout less effective. But there’s good news–you can instantly improve your workout, just by correcting these super-common, very minor errors.
