Water. It’s the stuff of life. Our bodies need to it function properly in almost every aspect; after all, almost 60% of the human body is water. Drinking H2o can also increase your energy, prevent headaches and possibly even curb food cravings. Even though I work from home (and thus conceivably have unlimited access to water), I still find it hard to remember to drink enough. And now that summer is heading into full swing, it’s even more important to make sure I’m staying hydrated.
Here are some ways to up your water intake, without using sugary and artificial additives. I’m definitely going to implement some of these in my daily routine, what about you?
