I know I’m not the only one; I’ve talked to women in my office who feel the same, and even noticed fitness model Jamie Eason complaining of the same thing on her Facebook page earlier this week. But it’s not an easy one to solve; most other breakfast foods come with a hefty serving of carbohydrates, or involve eating a lot of meat which, let’s just say, isn’t for everyone.

Some of these look terrific! I do still love a good salad for breakfast–thanks so much for including my tempeh-spinach salad here! :D I’ve also gotten into the high-protein pancake craze and really love having a couple of those topped with almond butter as well. Thanks for the new options for me to try, too. :)

Why try to figure out nutrition? Nutrition is easy. No counting, tracking or forgetting! 1 cup of water or nofat milk, 2 scoops of shake mix, then blend. It’s incredible. No worries, just simple nutrition.
