I’ve had a serious problem with breakfast lately: I feel my best when I eat one high in protein, but I’m sick to death of eggs. I know I’m not the only one; I’ve talked to women in my office who feel the same, and even noticed fitness model Jamie Eason complaining of the same thing on her Facebook page earlier this week. But it’s not an easy one to solve; most other breakfast foods come with a hefty serving of carbohydrates, or involve eating a lot of meat which, let’s just say, isn’t for everyone.
