Summer is a time for lazing around and soaking up the warm weather. Throw in a few barbeques, some patio drinks, and poolside parties and you have yourself a holiday weekend. It can, however, also be a recipe for packing on pounds of body fat if you’re not careful. Here are a few tricks of the trade that you can apply throughout the summer to keep your belly fat in check (at least, long enough to last through bikini season).
