I may be a little miffed with football and its fans lately, but I’m still a lover of the game–and of getting together with friends to watch. But all the chicken wings and potato chips can turn a fun afternoon or evening into a gross, bloated, awful next day and season. Instead of serving sodium-filled crap to your friends and family, why not invest in some healthy vegan football snacks that running back (and animal-free eater) Arian Foster would approve of?
The key to good game-day munchies is finding the perfect combination of flavorful and finger-friendly. And, preferably, super-easy to make, because who wants to spend all day preparing dainty flatbreads, when what you’re there for is watching a little gridiron glory? Which is why these recipes are perfect–they’re quick, simple, and packed with fan-pleasing flavor. Your guests may not even realize they’re vegan, which is an added bonus.
