Man, there are a ton of Donald Trump haters out there. A shitload, really. Like half a million who have already signed a petition overnight urging Macy’s to quit using the “douchebag” billionaire in their commercials and “dump the Trump” because of his nasty sexist behaviors, among other things.
It all started when activist Angelo Carusone had enough with Trump and filed a petition demanding that Macy’s sever all ties with him effective immediately. Carusone’s beef? “Donald Trump engages in especially unpleasant, nasty and despicable behavior.”
Specifically, the petition charges that Trump is a major sexist:
He has: Long engaged in sexist behavior. Trump has a long record of personally attacking women he disagrees by calling them “unattractive,” ugly or fat. He once sent a target a personal note telling her that she has the “face of a dog.” Not even his own daughter is immune to Trump’s sexism. While referring to his daughter, Trump observed: “She does have a very nice figure…if [she] weren’t my daughter, perhaps I’d be dating her.”
OK, yeah, that’s pretty despicable. But enough to have 470,000 people (and counting) demand that he is removed from all Macy’s commercials? It would seem so, according to those who have signed the petition so far.

Why would ANY organization associate itself with this hideous semi-human being? Cut him loose!
And Lira added:
People like Donald Trump do not deserve the support or respect of the public. He is a poor example of how a man blessed as he iacts, especially towards women. Donald you need to humble yourself and be more of positive influence. You are in need of make over, inside and out. God be with you.
In addition to his sexist behavior and the way he often demeans women, the petition also states that Trump has been ignorant in his remarks about climate change in the wake of Hurricane Sandy and hypocritical about shipping jobs overseas when he, in fact, has done the same thing. And let’s not forget his unkind remarks about President Obama, calling him a liar and repeatedly arguing that he wasn’t born in the U.S.. Give it a rest, please.
Macy’s should dump Trump, they say:
Macy’s boasts about its social responsibility policy, which reads: “There is no shortage of talk about the obligation of public companies to be socially responsible to the people and communities where they do business. At Macy’s, Inc., we hold those same beliefs – along with a belief that actions speak louder than words when it comes to helping tackle some of the toughest problems facing us today.”
Tell us what you think. Have Trump’s sexist remarks, among other things, been enough to get him fired from Macy’s?
