Here are ten of the best foods to cleanse your colon and vital organs, rev up your digestive tract and remove toxins from your body:
Beets. These dark red rooted veggies are chock-full of vitamins B3, B6, C and beta-carotene, iron, fiber, magnesium, zinc and calcium–all the necessary components for healthy detoxification and colon/digestive tract cleansing. Beets also support good health of our gallbladder and liver–two organs that are important breaking down and removing toxins in our body.
Broccoli. This green veggie contains important phytochemicals that are released when they’re chewed, cooked and digested, which aid in digestion and detoxification.
