7 Ways To Gain Energy Without Caffeine

There have been numerous deaths and a “spontaneous abortion” linked to energy drinks, and yet people keep drinking them. There has been a huge increase in young people seen in emergency rooms at least in part because of energy drinks, and yet people continue to consume them. For the life of me, I can’t figure out exactly why, but I think a lot of it has to do with the fact that many of us have no idea how to gain energy without the use of caffeine. As a result, many people continue to turn towards energy drinks for their boost(s) during the daily, oblivious to or at least in denial of the dangers to your health that these enormous, sugary, caffeinated drinks can have.

Instead of trying to just list all the risks of energy drinks for you once again, I think it is important to point out that there are numerous ways to improve your energy level without downing a bunch of caffeine. Next time you’re feeling like a rough week is coming on, try some of these tips in order to better your emotional and physical well-being while not putting a ton of sugar and caffeine down your throat.

Plus, many of these have benefits far beyond just helping you avoid the stuff, including possible weight loss, so if you’re still whittling away at that New Year’s weight loss resolution, this could be an excellent way to up your productivity and energy level while simultaneously achieving your goals.

I admit I’ve never been a fan of the energy drinks, mostly because of the obvious (to me) downside of all the junk in them.

A company called ViSi now has a Healthy Energy Drink alternative I quite like. It’s individual serving ‘sticks’ of powder you mix with water. I typically use it after lunch for a bit of a pick-me-up and I admit I was surprised how good it made me feel! http://BuyViSiEnergy.com
