Which Of These 7 Delicious Vegan Desserts Should I Make For Valentine’s Day?

veganmousse I’m in the midst of a monthlong vegan eating experiment. My lovely boyfriend, however, is not. Since Valentine’s Day is tomorrow, I want to make him a sweet, tasty dessert to celebrate…but I also want to make something I can enjoy, too. Here’s seven vegan desserts that might make an appearance in my kitchen tomorrow….which one should I make for a Valentine’s Day dessert?

Note: I’m not trying to cut out sugar or anything like that, so the recipes here are as decadent as possible, just minus the dairy.
