Kardashian and Kanye West have reportedly been in talks with personal trainers, placenta encapsulators, Anne Hathaway’s Les Mis chef and others to make sure the team will be ready to start whipping Kim into post-baby shape the moment she leaves the hospital with little North Easton West.
“It’s never too early to start thinking about how to spring back in shape after a baby,” says Los Angeles nutritionist Alicia Apple, a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition who’s helped a spate of reality TV stars and their teenage daughters achieve their weight-loss goals.
“Just because you’re not currently pregnant, that’s no reason not to consider how you plan to lose the weight you’ll gain if you do get pregnant,” said Apple. “I think Kim and Kanye are doing the right thing.”
“It’s hard, because Kim wants to really celebrate her curvy baby bump,” a friend of the couple’s told Blisstree.
“But at the same time, she’s thinking about how to lose weight quick after she pops the kid out, because it’s going to be July. If she works really hard, she could probably be ready to go out in public again before bikini season is over.”
