Everyone loves an energy bar, am I right? Whether your go to is Larabar, Luna Bar, KIND Bars or a hippie concotion you buy at your local organic bakery, it’s always good to have a few of those babies on hand for snacks, workout fuel, and as a source of protein. While there are tons of awesome brands of bars out there, sometimes you just want to know exactly what you’re eating, without having to squint and read all the tiny letters on the plastic packaging. The best way to do that? Well, make it yourself, of course. Here are five DIY energy bar recipes that are easy, healthy and delicious.
