Brunch-Off: Six Sweet Ways To Eat Strawberries For Brunch

Our Brunch-Off series is getting a bit of a makeover. Instead of having two food bloggers share recipes featuring a particular ingredient on Saturdays, we’ve decided to round-up several seasonal recipes and post them on Fridays—so you can actually plan ahead if you’re looking to create a brunch/breakfast feast.

Strawberries are, without a doubt, one of my favorite things about this time of year. Sure, bare legs and sunshine and flowers are all wonderful, but what really makes me happy is a fresh, ripe, juicy strawberry (Especially one I picked myself). Strawberries are also one of the most versatile fruits, as they’re just as good in savory salads as they are in baked goods or sweets. You could make an entire strawberry-themed meal in May or June, from appetizers right down to desserts. Up for the challenge? Here’s some brunch and breakfast strawberry recipes to get you started.
