Our Brunch-Off series is getting a bit of a makeover. Instead of having two food bloggers share recipes featuring a particular ingredient on Saturdays, we’ve decided to round-up several seasonal recipes and post them on Fridays—so you can actually plan ahead if you’re looking to create a brunch/breakfast feast.
Strawberries are, without a doubt, one of my favorite things about this time of year. Sure, bare legs and sunshine and flowers are all wonderful, but what really makes me happy is a fresh, ripe, juicy strawberry (Especially one I picked myself). Strawberries are also one of the most versatile fruits, as they’re just as good in savory salads as they are in baked goods or sweets.
