Most of these symptoms are will come and go from time to time, especially during or around your period, so just because your weight fluctuates throughout the month with your cycle or you’re feeling particularly tired today doesn’t mean you should panic! Know what’s normal for your body, and listen to what it’s telling you when something is different.
And of course, don’t forget to visit your gyno annually, even if you’re not currently sexually active or if you’ve had the same partner for years. Prevention is the key to good health.
