100% Organic Diet for 3 Years

Although we do buy organic foodstuff from time to time, we are by no means buying exclusively organic. It must be as tough as not buying anything that’s made in China!

So I take my hats off to Dr. Greene, the 100 percent organic man, who has been eating only organic produce (including meat!) for 3 years, even when eating out! Contrary to expectations, eating purely organic food isn’t really that much more expensive, since he has cut his meat intake quite a bit, so it somehow just balances off. Is he better off eating organic? He says he gets sick less often now. But then that could have been to more complex, compounded reasons, rather than simply the switch to organic produce.

Do YOU have what it takes to go purely organic?

sounds tough! not as tough as things used to be though, that’s for sure. it’s too bad organic food can’t just be called normal produce and the other kind could be called “sprayed” or something as equally poetic

  2. Now if they’ll only allow raw milk to be sold ….

  3. I think organic foods are great. I tried organic virgin comb honey the other day and it tastes completely different to ‘normal’ honey, and I’m sure it’s so much better for you. I have seen people’s facial skin looking better with less wrinkles and lines with organic foods. Also, with organic meats, you can avoid the nitrates and nitrites that are found in ham, bacon and cured meats, which are not good for health at all. In many ways, you can benefit. Interesting he says you get less sick as well.
