I’m fairly easy to buy for when it comes to gifts. One year my husband bought me a label maker and I was happy as a clam. So, for those of you who are married to, friends with or related to an organizing junkie and need some gift ideas for Christmas, here’s a list of 15 Christmas Ideas for the Organizing Junkie.
1. Kindle: Amazon’s New Wireless Reading Device - This is a new product from Amazon. The Kindle is “a convenient, portable reading device with the ability to wirelessly download books, blogs, magazines, and newspapers.” This will make any organzing junkie very happy because it helps eliminate paper clutter. They are currently out of stock and are shipping then on a first come first serve basis.

This is a great post! My family has been bugging me about what I want, so I have immediately added the rubbermaid thingy and trunk organizer to my Amazon wish list.
My kids actually have #6 on their desk. Their’s doesn’t look that organized.

Did you notice that closet in #14 doesn’t have any doors? If my closet looked like that I wouldn’t have any doors either!
Thanks Janet! Glad I could help with your Christmas wish list.
Amy - Funny how that happens. I wanted to walk into my daughter’s room with my eyes closed tonight, but I would have tripped on something and killed myself. The organizing gene did NOT carry over to her. She also asked me today if I noticed that she loses a lot of things. I said I can vaguely recall that.
I wish I were more into stuff like that. I always feel like organizational stuff is a “waste of money.” It took me 10 years to finally invest in the shoe rack. After I spent that $15 I thought I was the biggest idiot for not buying it sooner.
Same with the portable drawers in the kitchen, the make-up drawers in the bathroom, the date calender in my purse, etc.
I never want to spend the money and then I think it was the best infestment ever not to have my crap laying around with no proper place to put it.
My studio is a monster’s mess right now…. I think I could use every single goodie on your list!
Great gift ideas. I love the grocery list organizer, thats going on my wish list
This is one of the best lists I think you’ve done — some of these items are way handy. I like the eco-sense of the first one but I really need the car organizer. I’m so tidy but my car is a nightmare. You would die.
Anita - I guess the no doors thing is just for the picture. I’ve never seen someone’s place where the closets don’t have doors. That would be crazy!
Tracee - I have the opposite problem…I buy too many organizing gadgets.
You wouldn’t believe how many day planners I have gone through. lol
Noreen - I would love to get my hands on your studio. That would be FUN!
Nicole - that’s on my wish list too. Crossing my fingers…for both of us.
Jennifer - Thanks! Glad you like it. I really like the 1st one too. That would be really nice to have. I have friends who have cars which looks like they live in them. My daughter’s car is going to look like that. I just know it is.
