How The Grinch Stole Christmas is one of Dr. Seuss’ best known works. It was first published in 1957 (duh, since this is the 50th anniversary) and ranks as #35 on Publishers Weekly’s list of best-selling hard back children’s books of all time.

1957 turned out to be an extremely good year for Seuss. He also cranked out another best selling classic that year. What was it?

    The Cat In The Hat?

Absolutely! And believe it or not – that is not Seuss’ most popular work (I thought it was). Green Eggs and Ham is.
