1st Day of 30 Day Shred

I got my 30 Day Shred DVD today and started the first workout today: finally! I started on level 1 and worked through cardio and strength training, and yes, it’s true. This is one hard workout. At first most people are skeptical of how this could be difficult. It’s just a half hour, it doesn’t look intimidating when you start, but with so many squats and no resting time, you will so feel it.
My heart rate stayed up the whole time, and I haven’t even tried the higher impact version of level one, which scares me a little bit. After I worked out and cooled off, my arms were shaking enough that I couldn’t type on the computer, and it was a little hard to walk. You have been warned!
One wish I do have is that there was more ab work, but I’ll trust Jillian and give her 30 days to work wonders.















sounds like a pretty good program. Make sure to follow a good diet with your exercise program and you’ll be “shredded”
