At one time or another, most of us will have a job interview.

I haven’t had to do it in a while, so I’m out of practice. Even when I was in practice I had a hard time coming up with questions for the interviewer.

I know enough that you’re expected to ask insightful questions, but after the “basics” I never know what to ask.

Even though it’s written from the perspective of the company, Workforce.com has a comprehensive list of 200 Questions Job Candidates May Ask You which has some great questions for all levels of the interview process.

So, the next time you’re interviewing, you don’t have to say, “not really” or something equally as compelling when the interviewer asks if you have any other questions.
