28 Ways Use an Old (or New) Pen or Pencil

I decided that I’d try to list as many ideas for making things from an old pen or pencil as I could–of course I won’t get even close to ALL of the ideas, but why not give it a try? (I don’t know that I will ever use the list personally, since I can’t seem to find a way to keep track of any of them long enough to call them “old.”)
Here goes!
- The Pen Safe: I suppose I can start off with one of my own posts that is based on someone else’s…I link to a site that shows how to make a pen into a “safe” to store money. (Again, not for me, since I loose pens…)
- Exhaust Pipe: for a model car that is…
- Pen Launcher: PLEASE DON’T HURT ANYONE!!!!
- Solder Dispenser: Now THIS is a great idea–no more imprecise “sausage” finger mess-ups!
- Soldering Iron Pen: Talk about a reversal from #4! (It does use an old pen.)
- Pencil Bow (with Arrow?): I think we should follow the same caution as with #3.
- Mini Air Gun: What’s with all the ideas for projectiles? I suppose certain things must be learned at school…
- Dell laptop power adaptor: I’m not sure I get how this one is made, but is is using an old pen!
- DIY stylus pen: I’ve done something like this before and it is handy.
- Infrared Pen: Not sure who would use this…
- Automatic Irrigation System: This uses all sorts of “junk.”
- 360 Degree Video Adapter: This is very interesting. Their test video is also at: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5vqmoaLzbrk
- Mini Pen: Yes, it IS what you are thinking–but it does take an old pen.
- 15 ways to reuse old pens: DIY Life has apparently beaten me to the list idea, check out their ideas, too!
I KNOW that there are many, many other ideas, please comment them below and perhaps I will update the list with another post later. For now, you will at least be cool because you showed how non-comprehensive (again, this should be a word if it isn’t) my little list is.

I found your site on technorati and read a few of your other posts. Keep up the good work. I just added your RSS feed to my Google News Reader. Looking forward to reading more from you.
