5 Chronic pain blogs I like to visit

When you work from home, sometimes it’s easy to forget that there are other people out in that big world out there. So, I try to make a habit to visit other blogs to see what people are talking about. Here are 5 chronic pain blogs I visit when I have a chance:
- Sue Falkner Wood’s Life With Chronic Pain is a part of the Healthtalk site. Sue is a retired RN who, according to her bio, had to stop working because of polychondritis/mixed collagen disease, a progressive inflammatory condition involving the cartilage and connective tissue and leading to degeneration of the joints.
- How to Cope with Pain is managed by a board-certified psychiatrist who also has had chronic pain.
- In January, I wrote about vulvodynia and vulvar vestibulitis. Since then, I’ve fund this blog, the Vagina Dialogues, which is about living with vulvodynia. Not only does the blogger, Abigail, have this disorder (among others), she is a life coach and is able to help others through her coaching techniques.
- Type A with R. A. is a blog about living with rheumatoid arthritis.
- And finally, Life in the Autoimmune Lane is written by Michelle, a woman with a few autoimmune diseases: mixed connective tissue disorder, palindromic rheumatism, dermatomyositis, and early rheumatoid arthritis.
