5 Reasons Quilters Blog

I’ve discovered more and more quilters setting up blogs.  They have various reasons for doing this.

Here are just five reasons.  Can you give me more?

  1. Keeping a journal or record of your quilting projects
  2. Sharing with other quilters what you’re doing
  3. Promoting a book or workshop
  4. Selling your fabric art items online. (You may not be selling them at your blog, but your blog points interested buyers to your sales site.)
  5. Sharing news and events of interest in the quilting world.

If you’ve not set up a quilting/fabric arts blog yet, you may want to.  Visit various blogs around the Internet and see what appeals to you.  You’ll also make many friends this way.

Let me know about your blog so I can visit!
