5 Tips from a Stay-at-Home Dad

Steve over at Inside Fatherhood has some great tips for those of you home all day with children. I don’t know if he’s a Supernanny fan, but it sounds like he’s been to the same school of child-rearing. Here are his points, though he adds a fair amount of commentary to each.

  • Structure your day.
  • Leave room for flexibility.
  • Listen to your kids.
  • Give your child a choice.
  • Include them.

Thanks Cory for the tip. Supernanny is good stuff. It amazes me how slack parents are these days. I don’t mean beat your kids into oblivian but man, no discipline what-so-ever. :D
