50 Organizing Products to Add a Touch of Fall Color to Your Home

I live in the Augusta, Georgia area and we woke up Sunday morning to the most refreshing temperatures. It was actually in the 70’s! We have had our doors open, letting that fresh air in ever since. I just hope it sticks around.
There are so many things that I love about fall: the food, the cooler weather, every one seems friendlier (why is that?), but probably my favorite thing about it is that I get to decorate with my most favorite colors: mustard yellow, burgandy, green and brown. I love those colors and you’ll found them throughout my home year round, but come fall, they’re everywhere.
Now I know this blog is not about decorating, it’s about organizing. But one thing I have learned is that if you don’t use organizing products that you love to look at and use, then you might as well not buy them at all. Also, there are some products you may think to use only for decorating, but you can use them for organizing items in your home too. You just have to use your imagination a little bit and think outside of the box.
So, my list this month is all about organizing products that have a touch, or a lot, of those fall colors in them. Adding just a few of these to your home will help create a functional, inviting and warm house for the fall.

I like the pumpkin knitters tote..I maybe could keep the needles away from the kids then..and I like the storage baskets.
Great post! I think I can make past of my Christmas list off it! LOL!
I liked the tote too. But I loved a lot of this list. I think you outdid yourself this time because except for a couple of red things (I hate the color red) I wanted it all. Especially #9 and those sugar and tea jars. Really nice finds. They’d all look great in my new place once I move! I can’t wait to decorate sans the ex. I’m excited.
@Marye – I know, I love that tote too! I tried to teach myself to knit and it didn;t work out very well. I’ll try again another day, but I am an avid crocheter.
I’m pretty sure I can make my Christmas list from here too. My new addiction: IKEA!!!!! I used to shop there when we lived in Europe about 13 years ago. We have one about 3 hours away from us here. I told my husband I’m opening up a franchise here. He wasn’t amused.
@Jennifer – Thanks. You hate red? We can still be friends I guess.
What colors are you planning on decorating with? Hey, when you get yourself all organized, you can send me some pics.
This is an *awesome* list, Julie. I love fall colors and that they double as organizing helpers is just that much better.
I also love the knitters tote! And stupid, wonderful IKEA – would you believe there’s none anywhere near Vegas? They’d make such a killing here.
Great list – and useful too. We’re doing so much work on our house, you’ve given me lots of ideas!
Thanks Heather! No IKEA near Vegas? Now that’s just wrong. It’s so weird because they’ve been in Europe forever. There is so much construction going on where I live and I am just hoping that they are building an IKEA. It would do so good here. That’s it…I’m sending corporate a letter.
Thanks Deb, hope you can use the ideas. My wish list just got a whole lot longer! Ugh.
