Parents And Their Children Sitting Around a Campfire Toasting Marshmallows

“If a child is to keep his inborn sense of wonder, he needs the companionship of at least one adult who can share it, rediscovering with him the joy, excitement and mystery of the world we live in.”
Rachel Carson

I can remember lots of walks we used to take when the kids were really little. We would take a nickle with us and each time we would come to a corner, we would flip it to see if we would turn left or right. We saw a lot of the neighborhood that way!

I forced my son to turn off the tv and help me make pizza. Does that count?
