Confession of a blogging mom (off-flu-topic)

I’m part of a great blogjolt on Yahoo called emomsBlogJolt, and we (as women/moms-bloggers) sort of banded together and “jolt” each other’s blogs along. We need all the help we can get, hear.

But it’s kinda hard for a mom like me who writes about flu to find other moms who might write about flu or infectious diseases, so it’s been difficult to link other sites to Flu Patrol… Until I came across Robyn’s “Inside Motherhood” and Angel’s “1SmartMom“. And I was reminded where my strength lies as a blogger: maintaining my focus and keeping my priorities straight.

We are moms first before we are bloggers. And Flu Patrol, though it’s sooo technical at times, is still the blog of a woman who writes from the heart and viewpoint of a mom. So even though this post has absolutely nada to do with the flu, I give myself the freedom to joltily encourage other mom-bloggers on this site…

Happy moms are happy bloggers. :-)

  1. Jolting is hard! Until I took on InsideMotherhood I couldn’t jolt either. All my other blogs are decidedly unrelated to mommies (gaming, blogging, advertising, social networking).

I can certainly relate (and I say thanks for the link!)
