A Couple of Firsts

Just this Monday the little guy had his first day of kindy. I took plenty of photos to make sure I caught all the excitement. Also just over the weekend the big guy came over to show us his first car. I remembered to take a photo of that, too. My daughter hasn’t got anything to contribute just lately, as she’s been so busy, but she is still working at her first full time job, although I didn’t get a photo of that.

The first time for just about anything in your life, especially when it comes to your kids, make great journal writing prompts. You can come up with a list or try some of the first entries, via the links, I’ve used before. Try to capture the emotion you felt, using your senses, about this first in your life. If the first is someone else’s, such as your child, write about the same first in your own life as well.
