Family Fun is a website that always has a ton on great ideas all year, and Halloween is no exception.
They have some great ideas for parties, treats, crafts…you want an idea for you and your kids this Halloween, it is here.
How about this Sweet Skull, pictured above:
Sweet Skull Cupcake
RECIPE INGREDIENTS: 12 marshmallows Confectioners’ sugar 24 unfrosted cupcakes (white or yellow works best) White frosting Junior Mints, chocolate chips, and slivered almonds 1. Cut the marshmallows in half widthwise using kitchen shears dipped in confectioners’ sugar (this keeps them from sticking).
2. Carefully pull each cupcake liner partially away from the cake and tuck half a marshmallow between the paper and the cupcake to create the skull’s jaw.
3. Frost each cupcake and marshmallow, then add Junior Mints with white frosting dots for eyes, a chocolate chip nose, and slivered almond teeth.
Family Fun also has a list of fun, family friendly Halloween Party ideas. The House-to-Haunted House Party sounds incredible. A traveling party in the neighborhood where everyone can contribute to the festivities. Each party idea comes with details for games, decorations, activities and food. You can even combine different ideas and don’t forget to take a look at their Halloween Party Tips and Tricks.
Happy Halloween!
