A Hearty Life

My name is Jody; I started blogging on A Hearty Life the first of December. I am not an RN as was Kendra, the previous writer, I will never issue a diagnosis, I have to search for answers just like everyone else.

My father suffered with heart problems for years, I started reading and searching for information that would help him. Even after my father’s death I looked for ways of protecting myself and my family from heart problems.

My husband has high blood pressure therefore I am always on the lookout for information that will help him to live a healthy and active life.

I also have a brother that has undergone open heart surgery, and sisters that have heart problems.

Now I think you can see why I am constantly looking for answers, to heart problems.

I would like to think that my blogging might be of some help to those that are looking for answers to questions about the heart. I hope to send people in a direction to find answers to their problem. At the end of my blogs you will find a site as to were I found my information, which might help you even more.
