I've belonged to one with a twist for the past 12 years. It is a group of ladies who yearn to learn Spanish. So only Spanish is allowed at the luncheon. It makes for lots of laugh as we stumble with our second language. One of the ladies once ordered "camiones". We all burst out laughing but the waiter kept a straight face as he wrote down her order for shrimp ("camerones"). Then we told her she had just ordered trucks for lunch. LOL! Yes, lunch groups are great ways to get the girls together and enjoy good food at the same time. I’ve belonged to one with a twist for the past 12 years.
