Stories of kids giving their ponytails to Locks of Love just keep popping up. The latest is nine year old Katy McDaniel, a third-grader at St. Anne Catholic School near Beaumont. The 10-inch ponytail was one of the gifts she gave this Christmas.

My brother, now 22, made a LoL donation when he was 20. He grew his hair out for ages and didn’t tell us until right before the cut. It was a great surprise! (And a relief, honestly, because he didn’t look so great with long hair. ;])
