A Notebook Lunchbag

How do you bring a little of that love from home into your child’s lunch boxes? Maybe it’s a toy nestled between a piece of fruit and his thermos. Perhaps it’s a heart-shaped peanut butter and jelly sandwich. It could also be a little note taped inside his lunch box with a sweet scribble from you — “Have a great day, Bobby! Love, Mom.” Now how about writing ON the lunchbox itself?

Kate’s DIY Notebook Lunchbag is a cute and innovative way to get those sweet thoughts across right away to your kid. The bag is made of canvas and you can write your note on it with a black fabric pen. Click on the link for details on how to create the lunchbag. This DIY project looks easy and a lot of fun!

It’s quite exciting thinking of what cute things to write for your kid on the lunchbag. But grab that pen before he does — once he gets a look at it, nothing is stopping him from writing on it himself!
