A Solar Cemetery

At first, I thought that I was reading something about where all those solar panels go when they go bonkers. But I guess I was wrong. What the solar cemetery actually comes as is a cemetery full of mausoleums. Above the mausoleums is where you would find the solar panels. I can see you nodding your heads now.Anyway, this solar cemetery can be found in Santa Coloma de Gramanet, a city near Barcelona in Spain. The whole cemetery has around 460 solar panels and they can be found all over the mausoleums.

The idea was not well received at first. According to the people behind this solar project, the families who had mausoleums there did not want such a project to happen right in that cemetery. But in the end, the families had decided that it would be good for everybody.

So just imagine all that power being converted and all the money that the government would be saving on electricity. Nice.
