My daughter’s Primary School had a food fete on Friday night. A fundraising activity it involved several stalls of different foods, musical entertainment, service by students and teachers, rides and various stalls suitable for the smaller children. These included show bags, playdough, lollie bags or candy as you Americans say, lucky dips, popcorn and fairy floss, busking and games. The dessert stall was laden with cakes, gingerbread men, cheesecakes and pie. It also had the ultimate in comfort food. PAVLOVA…sheer absolute wicked delight.
I don’t have any favourite recipe…all are wonderful. There are many versions with their mouth watering pictures on google. Try and Enjoy.Aussie Info.com has a wonderful version!
Thank you, Shirley, and thank you Aussie Info.com!
