I took a trip to Shipshewana Indiana this weekend. I always love to go there, especially for the delicious homemade food you can find there.

It seems like I always pick up some wonderful jams, sauces, and candy there, but my favorite thing is their cheese. I love the variety and flavor of the Amish cheeses at the little shops and groceries. I love taste testing the different flavors.

I saw so many wonderful flavors it was hard to choose. There were the old favorites like Swiss, Farmers, Cheddar, Monterrey Jack, and Smoked Provolone. There were also more exotic flavors like Sage, Garlic Curds, Horseradish, and Yogurt cheeses.

I finally settled on some bacon cheese, Baby Swiss, and Chipotle. All three are delicious. The Chipotle has a little bit of a kick, and the bacon has a wonderful smoky flavor. All delicious.
