Whiplash: An injury to the spine/neck caused by a sudden jerking motion to the
head; most commonly seen in car accidents where the head snaps back
after impact.

I suffered a whiplash injury in November 2007. My symptoms are slowly improving, i.e. I am now able to type this post
. However, I am trying to compile a list of treatments that have worked for anyone out there who has also suffered from whiplash symptoms or whiplash syndrome. Please leave a comment here with any treatments that you feel would be beneficial to others. Thanks!
